The short version

Who we are

What we collect

What you give us. When you request a free strategy call or email us: your name, business name, phone, email, your website or Instagram handle if you add it, and what you want help with.
Public information about your business. To prepare for your call, we review your public social profiles, website and Google Business Profile.
Usage data. Pages visited, time on page, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location based on IP address.
Cookies. A small number, to keep the site working and to understand how it's used. See "Cookies" below.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and submit our form, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We don't share or sell your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information.
We don't share it with other businesses for their marketing.
We don't name you, your business or your results publicly without your written permission.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need: hosting, email, texting, scheduling, analytics and file storage. They must protect it and use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy still applies.

Cookies

We use cookies the site needs to work and analytics that show which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site works without them.

How long we keep it

Call requests and messages: up to 2 years, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner. Client records: as long as we work together, and after that as long as the law or our agreement requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Email info@mainsocialagency.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on your state, you may have more rights, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other sites, such as social platforms or a scheduling tool. Their privacy policies apply there.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we say so on this page.
